The Client is informed that personal data concerning him is collected and processed by CAP D'ARSÈNE when he uses the Site.
The processing has been the subject of appropriate prior declarations to the National Commission for Computing and Liberties (CNIL).
Data collected - The data collected and subsequently processed by CAP D'ARSÈNE are those that the Customer voluntarily transmits when registering on the Site. The Customer will be informed of the mandatory or optional nature of the answers and the consequences of the lack of answer if there are any.
